1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any supplemental policies including the agnslot Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms published on this website, form the complete and exclusive agreement between you and agnslot with respect to your use of the Platform.

1.2 By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by continuing to use the agnslot Platform after any posted amendment to these Terms, you signify your unconditional acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the Terms as then in force.

1.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 To register and maintain an account with agnslot, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not hold player accounts);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that specifically restricts or prohibits online gambling services;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by agnslot or any other recognised gaming authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;

2.2 agnslot reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts suspected of being held by minors will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds in a suspended minor's account will not be returned pending regulatory review.

2.3 agnslot does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who are ineligible under these Terms. If you discover or suspect that a minor has accessed the Platform using your account credentials, you must notify agnslot support immediately.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on the agnslot Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information whenever it changes.

3.3 agnslot may require identity verification ("KYC") at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to upon initial registration, prior to processing withdrawal requests, and following a change in account details. Verification documents may include government-issued photo identification (Malaysian National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address, and evidence of payment method ownership.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. agnslot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are as published on the Platform from time to time. agnslot does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges for which agnslot accepts no liability.

4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. agnslot reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. agnslot targets e-wallet withdrawal completion within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. 4.5 agnslot is entitled to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Withdrawals may also be withheld where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.5 Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agnslot's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 agnslot may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• agnslot is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority;
• agnslot reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You have provided false information during registration or verification;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

11.2 Upon closure of your account for breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at agnslot's discretion, subject to regulatory requirements and the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting agnslot support. Pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any remaining balance after settlement will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal verification.

11.4 Inactive account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of RM10 per calendar month after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity, provided the account balance is sufficient to cover such fee. agnslot will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the commencement of any inactivity fee.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 agnslot may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Where changes are material, agnslot will endeavour to provide advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

12.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.3 If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.3.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming compliance principles and applicable law.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and agnslot, you agree to first contact agnslot's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. agnslot will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under rules agreed between the parties at that time. You agree to this arbitration mechanism as your exclusive means of formal dispute resolution with agnslot and waive any right to pursue claims through court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.

13.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
